Sleepy At Noon!



There is something in the afternoon hour's, when a sense of boredom gets into our mind and time becomes so heavy that you even hear the clock tick. As the sun shines to its fullest, almost all of us feel an urge to go to bed or if we are at office on our desk, we like to put our heads down and try catch a nap.( for managers it's power nap).

At work, we’ll see colleagues guzzling Cups of coffee just to keeps theselves stay awake or engaging in mindless chatter to cut the time and keep off midday boredom. As seems we are prepared to give up by noon even though work mounts on our table, and there is so much more to go through.

Few reason's For the deepleting energy levels at noon & ways to correct it.

Not enough goodnight’s sleep
As in our todays fast life,most of us come back home with our office on our shoulders, Keep on talking on the phone, or keep working on our lapi's and watch television till vee hours of night. These habbits takes away from our prime sleep hours that help restore tired nerves and refresh the body. going late to bed and getting up early, and then running to work, make you exhausted much quickly in the day. 7-8 hours of undisturbed sleepin night can do wonders.

No Playing time

No Physical exercise routine quite common these, burn you out faster. Yes, morning hours are the busiest, but to squeeze in a brief workout schedule can help. Yoga, brisk walks, jogging, skipping or going to gym & run on the treadmill can help you to keep your body fit & fine.


Morning Meal

As in todays fast moving world , people donot have time to have a healthyreakfast & some even skip it too., which make them tired earlier then the others.As they wait to fill their tummy with a Big lunch. If you do not take meals in the designated time frame, it’ll affect your hormonal secretion and leave you lethargic.

All Day Anxiety

In todays busy working schdule which leaves lots of stress for us which gives us High BP, & Reduce our attention span as well. We should try to stay happy and hassle-free as much as possible & tru to aviod the stress full situations. Enjoy your work, spend qwuality time with your family & your siblings. It’ll help to keep you going.


Tips to stay vivacious


- Have a timely and balanced breakfast Including a bowl of oats, or cereals of your choice, fruits, and toast with some low fat butter or margarine on it.

- Donot Drink much coffee or tea after breakfast & before lunch. It will Not just Ruinning your appetite,it will makes you more anxious as well.

- Avoid overeating at lunchtime However, your lunch should be a right balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.You can take chapattis, a bowl of dal, and a portion of green vegetables. Avoid rice in your afternoon meal as it will invariable increase the weight on your belly.

- Have Proper Sleep at night.

- Start an exercise schedule TODAY.

- 8-10 glasses of water through out the day.make it as a daily routine.

- It’s good to indulge in fresh fruits , Avoid snacking between breakfast and lunch. From apples, peaches, oranges, berries, pomegranate,banana, all fruits have their own distinctive properties, and are an abundant source of Vitamin A, C, potassium etc.

- Take sprouts ,when you feel the urge to snack. It keeps you fresh and your body, lighter.Potato chips are a total diet killer.
