In a layman term we can say , Any One who runs a business is called ENTREPRENEUR.

The More Precise meaning of Entrepreneur :-
is one who creates his own business i.e. a person who organises,operate and assumes the risk of a business Venture.

An Entrepreneur is a person who perceives a need and then bring together manpower, material, and capital required to meet the need.
